Caroline, from the Crate family, will be introducing Pilates to all.
Starting Wednesday the 3rd April 2024
4.30-5.30pm introduction course, beginner level, all ages.
5.45-6-45pm mixed group, all levels.
7-8pm Men only group, beginner level.

The first class on Wed 3 April is free. £10 drop-in per class from 10 April.
Earn a free class when you introduce a friend and they attend 3 Classes.
